Detail Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
With pleasure, ASIAN ECO JOURNEYS representative will be at airport with our official vehicle for your arrival assistance with a Placard (your name card) & company’s name to pick you up and transfer you to your Hotel. Remaining day is free. You can get familiar with your hotel surroundings and have a rest or take a short walk down the road. This day will be your first night at Kathmandu valley.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Enjoy half day city tour in Kathmandu – Pashupatinath and Swoyambhunath
Reminder of the day is free to prepare for trek to Annapurna Circuit and evening briefing for trek at Hotel.

Day 3: Drive to Besisahar (190 Km – 5/6 hrs by surface)
After early breakfast we drive to Besisahar - Bhulbhule about 5-6 hrs from Kathmandu along with Prithavi highway. On the way you will pass through explore the vast geography, beautiful landscape, local village life and colourful cultural people. We will take lunch at Besisahar and we continue our journey to Bhulbhule (846 meters) in the Marysandi Valley.

Day 4: Trek from Bhulbhule to Bahundanda (1280m)
After having breakfast we start our trek to Bahundanda. Trek is easy at the beginning and goes steep up to the Bahundanda; a picturesque village at the top of this daunting ridge.

Day 5: Trek from Bahundanda to Chamje (1400m)
A wonderful walk with changes in the scenery along the trail takes you to Chamje. You can observe the local village lives, natural beauty, waterfalls (subject to season) and Marshyangdi river while walking through the trail. It takes about 5 hours to get there.

Day 6: Terk from Chamje to Bagarchhap (2160m)
Today’s trek begins with rocky trial along with Marshyangdi river and steadily uphill up to Tal (1,670m). We continue our trek to flat valley with up and down to Dharapani (1890m). Walking further we will find stone entrance Chorten a typical of the Tibetan influenced village towards the north. We are at Bagarchhap village, which reflects Tibetan design with flat roofed stone houses.

Day 7: Trek from Bagarchhap to Chame (2630m)
The trail from here is rough and rocky and uphill to Tyanja (2360m) and then passes through the forest near the river bank to Kopar (2590m). We arrive at Chame, headquarter of Manang district, you can enjoy the splendid views of Annapurna II as you are close to Chame. You may also visit two small hot spring nearby.

Day 8: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3300m)
The pleasant day starts walking through deep forest uphill and narrow valley crossing a long bridge over the river. Following the trail we will cross another bridge at 3040m and walking through the view of soaring Paungda Danda’s rocky face begins to appear. We will climb to Pisang for the night stay.

Day 9: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3500m)
We continue trek to upper part of the Manang district which is drier and barren. We assure that you will be thrilled with local people and natural beauty, which is unbelievable. Main occupation of People of this region are animal husbandry and farming and trading with Tibetan’s. The trail passes through Mungii, Hongde and Ghyaru with the beautiful picturesque view of the surroundings.

Day 10: Acclimatization day at Manang
We spend a day in Manang to adjust the body temperature with the existing environment of the surrounding, which is necessary after gaining certain height. This process will you to reduce your chances of being adversely effected by Acute Mountain sickness. We will walk around the village, which offers magnificent views and walk back to the lodge.

Day 11: Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4,110m): 3 - 4 hours
We will head toward Yak Kharka today. After crossing the stream, we climb to a village of Tenki and Marshyangdi valley. Following the trail we walk through pastures and a bushes of Juniper tree as it gains the elevation. We continue our trek through the meadows where horses and yaks graze and after crossing a wooden bridge over small river, we will arrive at the small village Yak Kharkha.

Day 12: Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,600m): 3 - 4 hours
Today’s trek is uphill upto Thorong Phedi. Trail passes through small Ledar village and of course the mesmerizing view of the mountains Mt. Syagang, Mt. Gundang, Mt. Khatungkan and Thorong Peak.

Day 13: Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorong La pass (5416m): 7 - 8 hours
Today is the longest walk day of the trekking. We need to start early morning to get through the Thorong La Pass, one of highest passes in the world. Getting at the top gives you immense pleasure and of course everlasting memories to you. Then, we will move down to Muktinath following the easiest trail. The beauty and gift of nature is inevitable.

Day 14: Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom via Marpha (2,665m): 4 - 5 hours
We will visit Muktinath a sacred place devoted to lord Bishnu worshiped by both Hindu and Buddhist. And after breakfast we will walk to Jomsom through Marpha village overlooking the beautiful barren landscape beneath the mountains. Marpha is also known as the apple capital and you can taste Marpha wine made up of apple. Whole day trek is downhill and passes through RAnipauwa, Kagbeni along with the deepest Kaligangaki gorge in the world.

Day 15: Fly Jomsom to Pokhara
After early breakfast, walk to the airport to catch your flight to Pokhara.
Arrive at Pokhara and transfer to the Hotel. Rest of the day is free for independent activities.

Day 16: Drive to Kathmandu (200 Km – 6/7 hours)
After breakfast drive to Kathmandu. It will take around 6 hours to reach Kathmandu from Pokhara.
Arrive in Kathmandu and check into the hotel.
Rest of the day is at leisure

Day 17: Departure
Enjoy your leisurely time until the final departure. We will transfer you to airport 3 hours earlier your scheduled flight to the next destination.
