Detail Itinerary

Day 1- Arrival to Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal clear the immigration, collect your luggage, clear the customs and move toward exit terminal. As soon as you come out of the exit terminal please check our office representative with your name placard. S/he will assist you to the hotel.
Arriva at hotel and check in, you may take a rest for a while and get ready for the excursion for next day.
Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.


Day 2- Kathmandu Tour
We visit Patan, Swyambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square today.
The city of Patan offers abundance of exquisite works of religious art and architecture. Golden Temple (Hiranya Varna Mahavihar), Rato (Red) Machhindranath Temple, Patan Durbar Square, Lord Krishna’s Temple (Krishna Mandir).
Swyambhunath is an ancient religious architecture, consisting of a Stupa, various shrines and temples. It occupies a central position, the most sacred site among various Buddhist pilgrimage. The Stupa has Buddha’s eyes and eyebrow painted on them. Between them, the number one (in Devnagari script) is also painted on. The sight from the top of stairway is breath taking. Swyambhunath is also called monkey temple for the holy monkeys residing in the north-west part of the temple.
Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the historic and popular tourist destinations in Kathmandu. It is the most spectacular legacy of traditional architecture as the city’s kings were once crowned and legitimised. Though it is one of the oldest buildings a great deal of rebuilding took place after the great earthquake of 1934.
Return to the Hotel after the day’s tour.

Day 3- Fly Kathmandu - Lhasa (Flight operates on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday)
You will be transferred to Tribhuwan International Airport to connect to your flight in Lhasa.
Upon arrival at Gonggar Airport, our office representative will meet you who will safely transfer you to the hotel.

Day 4- Lhasa Tour
Lhasa, also known to be the ‘Land of the Gods’ is over 1,300 years old and is one of the must-see places of China. It is a centre of Tibetan culture and a gateway to explore surroundings of the valley sitting right next to the Lhasa River.
In Lhasa, we visit Potala Palace. The palace carries the honour of being the highest ancient palace in the world, with its highest point reaching 3,750 m. it was built as the centre of Tibetan government by the fifth Dalai Lama in 1645. The golden roof, beautiful murals inside the Red and White Palace are major attractions.
Jokhang Temple is another important sacred site that has deep seated mysteries of Tibetan Buddhism. Towards the end of day, we can stroll around Barkhor Bazaar which is a nerve centre of Lhasa with open air stalls, shops and crowd of pilgrims.

Day 5- Lhasa Tour
We start the day by visiting Drepung Monastery, built in 14th century resided by several monks. We also visit the Sera Monastery with white washed walls and golden roofs.
Sera Monastery is one of three famous monasteries in the city along with Drepung and Ganden Monastery. It is dedicated to the Gelugpa or Yellow Hat Sect, a branch of Tibetan Buddhism. The magnificent monastery employs scriptures written in gold powder, fine statues, scent cloth and unparalleled murals. Sera means wild rose in Tibetan language.
Norbulingka or ‘The Jewelled Park’ is a palace and surrounding park in Lhasa built back from 1755. It is a unique representation of Tibetan palace architecture and is also considered the premier park of all the horticultural parks with ethnic settings in Tibet.

Day 6- Excursion to Yamdrok Lake
Excursion to Yamdruk Lake takes a drive of 100 Km away from Lhasa towards northeast. It is one of the three largest sacred lakes in Tibet, surrounded by many snow-capped mountains and fed by numerous small streams. Later, return back to Lhasa.

Day 7- Departure to Home
Enjoy your journey to the fullest until final departure. We will transfer you to airport 3 hrs earlier your scheduled flight to the next destination.
