The following are some of the highlights of this tour destination. Kathmandu also known as the cultural gem of Nepal. During this Manang circuit trek   you can observe rural village and besides that the highest lake in Nepal known as Tilicho.  The Thrilling experience at Mountains and Valleys definitely make your tour memorable with unforgettable memories.


Detail Itinerary
Day 1- Arrival to Kathmandu
The starting point of this adventure begins from your arrival in Kathmandu. Once your Nepal Visa gets issued, collect your luggage, clear the customs and move toward exit terminal. As soon as you come out of the exit terminal please check our office representative with your name placard. S/he will assist you to the hotel.

Day 2- Drive from Kathmandu to Syange (1,140 m; 6-7 hrs)
We drive from Kathmandu to Syange via Pokhara and Besisahar. With an interesting ride at the foothills of Himalayas we will also follow the rolling Marsyangdi River and make our stop at Syange.

Day 3- Drive from Syange to Dharapani (1,860 m; 3-4 hrs)
The drive continues on our 3rd day to the dirt jeep roads passing by curvy paths from Syange to Jagat village and then to Chanmje village. We will cross the bridge and climb steeper pathway to get to Tal and then, following another bridge and a calm road we arrive at Dharapani.

Day 4- Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2,715 m; 5-6 hrs)
We will start the walk from Dharapani through the alpine forest towards Bagarchhap, rejoicing the fresh air and beautiful landscape. Bagarchhap village is influenced of Tibetan style architecture. Upon walking upward towards Dhanqi we will be passing through the apple farms and apricot orchards. One can also view the ranges of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II from the pine forest in between. Before arriving Chame, our trekking route follows through the river Marsyangdi upstream crossing several small villages.

Day 5- Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,185 m; 6 hrs)
We leave Chame and catch up with the northern side of river bank that leads upward through the pine forest and few small villages. Then, we go down to Bartang and continue walking, past the bridge after climbing a short steep though pine forest we will reach to the ridge of Pisang village. A stunning view of Pisang village at the lap of Pisang Peak and Chulu peak will be mesmerizing from the ridge. It takes about an hour of walk to reach to the Pisang village.

Day 6- Trek from Pisang to Manang (3,350 m; 4-5 hrs)
Trek from Pisang to Manang is absolutely spirited with the great views of valleys, Hongdre village, and peak like Gangapurna, Annapurna II, III, Tilicho and right Chuli at the east along with PIsang Peak on the back. Further, this route offers a blissful visit to the Braga Monastry in Braga village. On our way to Manang we will get to see the Ethnic statues, Thangkas and ancient Manuscripts.

Day 7- Rest and Explore
The day is allocated for a rest in Manang. We can take time to explore around and visit the houses around, learn the culture and lifestyle of people around. The mighty views of Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Gangapurna to the South, Tilicho, Chulu West and Chulu East can be seized from Manang.

Day 8- Trek from Manang to Khangsar (3,734 m; 4-5 hrs)
From Manang, we will be trekking through the main trail of Annapurna circuit. We shall walk all the way through the villages of Manang. Leaving Tenki, the last village of Manang we walk toward Tilocho on South-west and stop at Khangsar for the day.

Day 9- Trek from Khangsar to Tilicho Lake (4,140 m; 3-4 hrs)
The journey continues today with the walk through wilder trail, down to the dry land and again, climbing up to the Tilicho lake passing through bleak area with very few trees and shrubs. The lake is considered holy for both the Hindus and Buddhist people.

Day 10- Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4,800 m; 4-5 hrs)
We will walk through the shore of Tilicho trail following the desolate route and cross the high pass of Tilicho. We will arrive then, at Numa Phu; the base of the high pass of Tilicho and Masokanto that are over 5,000m pass. We may encounter some wildlife mountain antelopes, musk deer or the Snow Leopard around this region.

Day 11-Trek from Tilicho Base Camp to Numa Phu (3,510 m; 5-6 hrs)
The trek starts with a high climbing of Tilicho Pass and descending towards Masokanta base. Carefully, we walk through the rocky rubbles and go up to the high pass of Masokanto La catching up the altitude of 5,099 m. From heights of Masokanto La we can see enchanting views of the surrounding peaks like Mount Tilicho, Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri. We trek further towards the summer pasture and reach to Numa Phu after an exhausting five/ six hours.

Day 12- Trek from Numa Phu to Kaisang (3,280 m) or further to Thinigaun (2,850 m)
We come gradually downhill to the village Kaisang overseeing the surrounding landscapes and peaks of mountain. If time permits we will head to Thinigaun that is closer to Jomsom.

Day 13- Trek from Kaisang/ Thinigaun to Jomsom (2,713 m)
Either from Kaisang or Thinigaun, we will walk forward to Jomsom passing by the houses and farmlands. Today’s walk will follow a very easy trail until we reach to the Jomsom town.

Day 14- Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara
We will have a short flight from Jomsom to Pokhara today morning. After reaching Pokhara we check into a Hotel and can enjoy visiting few tourist destinations of Pokhara.

Day 15- Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (5-6 hrs)
The journey shall come to an end by driving back to Kathmandu from Pokhara through Damauli.

Day 16- Free for Personal Activities
The day could be spend freely where you can sightsee the richness of cultural heritages and tourist destinations in Kathmandu Valley such as Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, Basantapur, Thamel, etc.

Day 17- Departure to Home
Enjoy your journey to the fullest until final departure. We will transfer you to airport 3 hrs earlier your scheduled flight to the next destination.
