Detail Itinerary
Day 1- Arrival to Kathmandu
The starting point of this adventure begins from your arrival in Kathmandu. Once your Nepal Visa gets issued, collect your luggage, clear the customs and move toward exit terminal. As soon as you come out of the exit terminal please check our office representative with your name placard. S/he will assist you to the hotel.

Day 2- Drive from Kathmandu to Jalbire (1,000 m; 4 hrs)
We drive from Kathmandu to Jalbire towards North East near Nepal-Tibet Friendship Highway. We will be passing through Balephi valley and following the Bhote Koshi upstream, we go further to Jalbire. Jalbire is a lovely Newari village with rich culture.

Day 3- Trek from Jalbire to Chanaute (1,350 m; 6 hrs)
Chanaute is a small village resided by the Brahmins and Chhetris. We will have an easy paced walk from Jalbire to Chanaute passing through other small villages, farmlands and enjoying the waterfalls. Beautiful sights of mountain peak are the attraction of Chanaute.

Day 4- Trek from Chanaute to Khanigaun (2,000 m; 6 hrs)
On our 4th day, we will be climbing along the steep and narrow trails to reach to Khanigaun. Khanigaun is a Newar village and carries a significant history of resettlement during unification of Nepal in the 18th Century.

Day 5- Rest and Explore
The day is allocated for a rest in Khanigaun. We can take time to explore around and have a short trip to the nearby village areas and learn the local culture of Newar tribe.

Day 6- Trek from Khanigaun to Forest Camp (3,150 m; 6 hrs)
Today’s trekking will be more strenuous and rough as we will move to the forest area where we can find all the nature’s gift including green alpine trees, beautiful rhododendron forests and some wildlife and birds. We will make our stop point at the middle of the forest and camp there.

Day 7- Trek from Forest Camp to Pati (3,765 m; 5 hrs)
We will walk upward towards the top ridge and after 4 hrs of walk we get to see the striking snow-capped mountain peaks. The landscape is amazing as we walk through the middle of the forest. Approaching nearby pati we will find the rest houses built for pilgrims who come to visit Bhairav Kunda to make a holy pilgrimage.

Day 8- Trek from Pati to Bhairava Kunda (4,250 m; 4 hrs)
Trek from Pati to Bhairav Kunda follows through a steep uphill climb to the top ridge and again, pathways leading towards the Kunda will require moderate, easy walk up to 3 hours. The surrounding landscapes and panoramic view of Jugal Himal is breath taking, once you reach to the Bhairav Kunda.

Day 9- Rest and Explore
Today we will take a break from our trekking journey and explore the destination area. Bhairav Kunda has its own religious importance and is popular among hindus who offer prayers to Lord Shiva and believe that bathing in the holy lake, i.e. Kunda washes away all their sins. However, it is equally significant for nature lovers and the trekkers.

Day 10- Trek from Bhairav Kunda to Sherpa Gaun (2,500 m; 6 hrs)
We will leave the sunrise behind in Bhairav Kunda and climb up to the top which offers magnificent views over Langtang and the ranges of Jugal Himal, Rolwaling, and some parts of Tibetan range. Further, we move downwards to the steep path through stunning forest and make our stop point at Sherpa Gaun.

Day 11- Trek from Sherpa Gaun to Larche (1,500 m; 5 hrs)
This day we will trek further down for about 4 hours accompanying the river bank of Bhote Koshi. After reaching Larche and setting up our camp, we can take a walk for about half an hour and go to a natural hot spring i.e., tatopani and relax ourselves to free from the tiring walk.

Day 12- Drive from Larche to Kathmandu (6 hrs)
The journey shall come to an end by driving back to Kathmandu from Larche, relishing scenic beauty on the way.

Day 13- Free for Personal Activities
The day could be spend freely where you can sightsee the richness of cultural heritages and tourist destinations in Kathmandu Valley such as Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, Basantapur, Thamel, etc.

Day 14- Departure to Home
Enjoy your journey to the fullest until final departure. We will transfer you to airport 3 hrs earlier your scheduled flight to the next destination.
